The Panel, Line By Line

Thirteen nutrients are declared and eight carry a printed amount. Each of those eight has a page here, and so does the base that carries them.

Why Every Amount Is Printed

A proprietary blend is a legal way of listing twenty impressive ingredients while disclosing the quantity of none of them. It reads as generous and it answers the only question that matters with silence.

We do not use one. Every declared nutrient carries its figure, which occasionally means printing a smaller number than a competitor and then having to explain ourselves — as we do on the zinc page. It also means you can add this product to whatever else you take and reach a real total, which is the entire point.

There is no collagen in this formula. Collagen swallowed as a supplement is digested into amino acids and never arrives at skin as collagen. Your body builds its own using enzymes that stall without ascorbate, so vitamin C is what we put in.

One Page Per Line On The Label

Eight printed amounts, plus the pectin base that carries them.

01

Biotin

5000 mcg

The name on the front of most gummies in this aisle, and the one with the narrowest honest claim.

02

Vitamin C

20 mg

The only nutrient on this label that collagen production genuinely cannot proceed without.

03

Vitamin D

10 mcg

Made in your skin by sunlight, and not made at all for several months of the year.

04

Vitamin E

7.4 mg

The antioxidant that works by putting itself in the way.

05

Vitamin B12

6 mcg

Nothing in the plant kingdom makes it, and no cell divides properly without it.

06

Zinc

2.7 mg

A small number on the label, and the reasoning behind it is the interesting part.

07

Folate

442 mcg DFE

Named after a leaf, and needed wherever tissue is being built quickly.

08

Vitamin A

630 mcg

The most studied molecule in skin science, and the one figure here with a real ceiling.

09

The Pectin Base

Fruit Gel

Not a nutrient, and still the part of the label most worth reading.

A serving is two gummies. A jar holds sixty gummies, which makes thirty servings and one month. The panel printed on the jar you receive is always the authority over any figure published here.

How To Read Any Supplement Label

Four habits will serve you on any jar in any shop, not only ours.

Check the serving size before you read a single amount. Impressive numbers spread across four capsules describe a completely different product from the same numbers in one.

Look for a number beside every name. If a nutrient appears without an amount, or inside a blend with one combined total, you do not know what you are buying.

Add up your total intake across products. Two supplements each carrying a comfortable amount of vitamin A can produce an uncomfortable total, and neither label will warn you.

Read the base, not only the actives. Sugars, allergens, gelatine and colours all live down there, and it is the part everybody skips. Ours has its own page.

About The Panel

Why do only eight of the thirteen carry amounts?

Those are simply the eight that carry a number on the printed panel. The remainder, together with the base, colour and flavour, are declared in full on the jar, which is the authoritative statement.

Which nutrient matters most for skin?

The two with the longest and firmest track record are ascorbate for collagen assembly and retinoids for how a cell matures. Biotin has the largest reputation and the narrowest evidence in people who are not deficient.

Could I get all of this from food?

Most people could, and the food guide we send with three and six jar orders is largely about exactly that. Think of a supplement as a floor beneath a diet, never as something standing in for it.

Are the amounts identical in every jar?

The formula does not move and the plant runs to Good Manufacturing Practice, which is precisely what batch testing and retained samples are for. Always read the jar you have in your hand.
